Update

Wow, it's been a while.  I think that I am done posting here, maybe updates once in a while.  But, we are just having too much fun for me to get on the computer.  Literally we are seeing new things with Kate everyday.  Some huge and some little.  They said that would happen and it's true!  The development just keeps on!  It is really neat to watch.

I think around the holidays I get a little sentimental.  I am just feeling so grateful for Kate and for all that we have been through.  To be in a place of frustration, worry and hopelessness and to search for lots of different things to change that and now to be in a place of trust and gratitude is for me the greatest gift I have ever received.  I am also grateful for all of the people at Brain Balance and everyone before that worked together with me to find solutions and help her grow.  I have learned so many things from her and from being her mom.  What appeared at first to be my greatest challenge was really my greatest blessing.  I am so excited to see what is to come!
