Core

When we started the program, Kate needed help to do sit ups.  Well, it's been about 12 days of doing sit ups everyday, 3x a day and now she can do 6 sit ups in a row.  Yay for her!!  She is really getting stronger.  The level one goal for her is to do 25 sit ups in 1 minute.  Level 2 is 35 and Level 3 is 45 in 1 minute.  So, she still has a long way to go to reach the Level 3 goal, but she is on her way!

On Wednesday it will be Kate's 20th session.  So, it's progress report time!!  We will see where she is at in all of the areas.  Stay tuned :)
