A quick post. Matt and I watched The Event last night and now we are hooked on the series. There are 4 more discs to watch.
About Kate! The other day I watched as she bent over to look her friend G. in the eyes. She actually bent down to his 4 year old eye level when she was talking to him! Well, she did it again today. I was interacting with a little 18 month old girl and Kate knelt down beside me and started interacting with her. She has never really been interested in younger children before.
Kate is trying so hard to swallow capsules. It is tricky for her tongue to let them go down. So she started practicing with Spry mints. They are going down a little easier, but it still takes her a while. I gave her some B vitamin in some applesauce today, just a tiny bit so she could get the taste. She didn't like it much and I explained that was why I want her to practice. She was good with it and understands better why I am asking her to practice.
The exercises went great tonight! I think it was because she had a session today. She just seemed more coordinated and happy after the session.
